On Wednesday (14/07) at 5:30 pm BRT, Adriana Abdenur, CIPÓ’s Executive Director, will participate in a debate on the YouTube channel “Diplomacy for Democracy” with Flávio Dino, Governor of the state of Maranhão, about Paradiplomacy (subnational diplomacy) during and after the Bolsonaro Administration. The speakers will answer the following question: how important has subnational paradiplomacy been during Bolsonaro’s government and how could it be transformed in a post-Bolsonaro administration?
João Raphael da Silva, Social Policy Ph.D. Student at Ulster University, will moderate the event.
