Plataforma CIPÓ will be present at the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Academic Council of the United Nations System (ACUNS), from the 23rd to the 25th of June, in Geneva, Switzerland. The organization will be represented by its founders, Adriana Abdenur and Maiara Folly.
During the 3 days of the event, Abdenur and Folly will speak and facilitate several panels and roundtables, whose thematic areas include: Governance, Disarmament, Peace and Security, Sustainable Development, Trade, International Institutions, International Law, among others.
In addition, Plataforma CIPÓ, alongside ACUNS, the Stimson Center and the University of Leiden, founding members of Global Governance Innovation Network, is organising a Global Policy Dialogue on “Evidence-Based Solutions to Intensify Global Challenges”. The initiative brings together scholars, practitioners and United Nations officials to better understand and develop strategies to address major global problems.
