BRICS: Pathways for cooperation in renewable energies

The BRICS Summit took place this Thursday, June 23. The meeting brought together leaders from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa in a virtual meeting to “promote a quality BRICS partnership” and “start a new era for global development”.

In an op-ed published by Diálogo Chino, the senior researcher Renata Albuquerque Ribeiro and the Executive Director, Adriana Erthal Abdenur, from the Plataforma CIPÓ, point out how the countries can boost cooperation in renewable energies.
