Maiara Folly, the Executive Director of Plataforma CIPÓ, was invited as a guest on the “FEPS Talks” podcast, hosted by the Foundation for European Progressive Studies (FEPS). On the show, she discussed the current state of relations between Brazil and the European Union (EU).
Folly and researcher of CIPÓ, Marília Closs, co-authored a policy brief on the topic, in partnership with FEPS. The text was launched during the EU-Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) Heads of States Summit in Brussels, Belgium.
The document analyzes opportunities for cooperation between Brazil and the EU in the areas of climate, environment, deforestation, and energy transition. The study also provides a series of recommendations to strengthen the Brazil-EU bilateral relations in a mutually beneficial manner.
