CIPÓ joins the efforts of the Brazilian Network for China Studies (RBChina) in seeking to deepen the Sino-Brazilian strategic partnership, especially in light of the new government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
Created in 2018, RBChina aims to deepen and systematize the discussion and production of knowledge about the Asian country and its relationship with Brazil. Approximately 400 professionals from the multiple areas contribute to RBChina.
The initiative’s VI National Meeting is due to take place on October 24-26 2023, at the Federal University of ABC, in São Bernardo do Campo (SP).
In light of President’s Lula visit to Beijing in March 2023, RBChina prepared a letter containing ideias to enhance the cooperation between China and Brazil in several areas, including trade and sustainable development.
