Plataforma CIPÓ and the International Business School of Zhejiang University (ZIBS) from China will sign a cooperation agreement in Brasília on June 20, with the aim of promoting mutual collaboration in the field of research, knowledge generation, and other relevant areas. The MoU signing will take place during the “Pearl Jubilee of Brazil/China Cooperation (1993-2023),” an event taking place at the Noble Hall of Brazil’s Congress.
The Memorandum of Understanding seeks to encourage the exchange of opinions, as well as joint research and academic programs. The partnership will involve technical-academic collaboration, the exchange of research information, the organization of seminars, conferences and workshops, as well as joint events and missions to China.
The ceremony is organized by the National Congress, through institutional collaboration between thematic fronts and parliamentary groups focusing on international relations, Sino-Brazilian relations, and BRICS. The objective of the event is to celebrate the thirty years of parliamentary friendship and the diplomatic establishment of the strategic partnership between the two countries.
