Plataforma CIPÓ launched this Friday (11/14), during the “COP30 Leaders’ Dialogue” in Belém, the strategic report “Brazil and India: Landscape Analysis and Proposals for a Strategic Partnership on Climate Action and Just Energy Transition.” The event was organized by the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW), in partnership with CIPÓ.
The study is the result of a consolidated research effort carried out with Indian partners, aimed at expanding cooperation between Brazil and India on climate action and just energy transition agendas. The publication identifies strategic opportunities to strengthen bilateral dialogue and presents concrete proposals to deepen collaboration between the two countries.
The report was presented by Maiara Folly, CIPÓ’s Executive Director, who authored the publication alongside Marianna Albuquerque and Matheus Petrelli.
