CIPÓ was present at the first 24h Online Conference on Global Organized Crime, which brought together more than 200 experts and researchers from 45 countries. In the panel ‘Organized Environmental Crime’, Maiara Folly and Arthur Vieira presented their findings on the impunity associated with environmental crimes in the Amazon and the reasons behind the exponential increase in these crimes in recent years.
