Plataforma CIP\u00d3 is taking part in the EPON (Evaluation of Peace Operations Network) assessment of the SADC Mission in Mozambique (SAMIM). SAMIM was deployed on 15 July, 2021 following approval by the Extraordinary Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), held in Maputo on 23 June 2021 as a regional response to support the Republic of Mozambique to combat terrorism and acts of violent extremism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EPON aims to enhance the effectiveness of international peace operations by enabling and supporting collaborative research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
