Several members of the Network were present, including Cedric de Coning (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nupi.no\/nupi_eng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI<\/a>), who chaired the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As 2021 draws to a close, the network reflected on the year and future plans. EPON has completed key studies on Mali, Cyprus and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
