The article analyzed the first week of negotiations at COP26, with emphasis on agreements aimed at <strong>reducing methane gas emission<\/strong>s, as well as the commitment to end illegal deforestation by 2030. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CIP\u00d3&#8217;s Program Director commented on the <strong>tension between the United States and China<\/strong>, <strong>the two main emitters of greenhouse gases in the world<\/strong>.
