In the announcement video, Governor Helder Barbalho of Par\u00e1 spoke about the state&#8217;s commitment to environmental and sustainable development agendas. phasing out fossil fuels is &#8220;something for 50 years from now.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;If we don&#8217;t change our energy matrix, the world will become even warmer.
